The Position

The B2C Senior Sales Executive shall be reporting to the Director of Sales and will be responsible for:

  • Day to day Team management to ensure Team targets are met
  • Attend to customers for test drives and quotes
  • Follow up on leads and quotes and record accordingly
  • Regularly monitor team performance on follow ups
  • Process orders and deliveries
  • Responsible for achieving B2C new vehicle sales revenue and profitability
  • Ensure finance penetration is met, report any required actions taken if necessary
  • Ensure sales, admin and consumer finance process is followed  
  • Manage standard discount levels for sales team & handle case by case discount levels
  • Responsible for the delegation of the content update of specifications sheets for Marketing to order
  • Communicating updates and offers with Sales teams, Call Centre, and Marketing teams
  • Ensure that vehicle and aftersales prices on database, sales tools and website match
  • Manage FLEX contracts coming to an end and stack a deal to start to
  • process along with early settlement cases with finance and used cars for valuations
  • Inspect valeting standards of sold vehicles
  • Decide on rectification level with Fleet and approve internal invoices
  • Ensuring that showroom is kept up to standard
  • Ensure the sales team has the support needed from other departments to ensure the
  • required customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with procurement function on stock to be ordered based on customer demands
  • Ensure reserved stock is managed with SLA's
  • Monitor and ensure trade in valuations are in line with process
  • Ensure health and safety measures and procedures are adhered to
  • Customer complaint resolution
  • Coordinate with Fleet to ensure that -2 order and structure is maintained
  • Ensure demo cars are correct for test drives and maintained
  • Update timesheets and leave requests in Deputy
  • Ensure Host processes are adhered to and shifts maintained
  • Together with the team, populate daily leads file with enquiries and supply the lead/follow-up figures
  • Together with the team, populate follow-up’s and summary sheet from weekly follow up calls
  • Issue commissions sheet and confirm with team
  • Ensure fire up and fire down are complete​

This position is offered on a full-time basis.

The Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience
  • Excellent communication both verbally and written in Maltese and English
  • Possession of clean driving license
  • Strong automotive market knowledge and experience are essential
  • Sound Product Knowledge
