Storage Systems Ltd is the group’s sales and aftersales centre for racking, shelving and material handling equipment.
The Finance Officer will be working with a team of employees at Storage Systems Limited.
- Processing vendor invoices in the accounting systems
- Preparing and processing payments to suppliers.
- Liaising with vendors and preparing vendor reconciliations.
- Inputting bank entries and perform bank reconciliations.
- Assisting with month end related tasks, such as reconciliations & uploading of journals.
- Maintaining databases.
- Filing of documents
- Preparation of regular reports & other ad-hoc reports.

- A Level standard or initial stages of ACCA.
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position.
- IT affinity and good knowledge of Excel.
- Detail oriented, meticulous and able to work on own initiative.
- Fluent in English.
