B2B Senior Sales Executive

Responsible for reaching B2B financial targets whilst ensuring that the customer experience is beyond satisfactory and that the individual team members are being developed and engaged on an ongoing basis through multiple initiatives


Key Result Areas & Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for achieving B2B sales revenue and profitability
  • Responsible for meeting the target of sales value chain
  • Day to day team and customer management
  • Monitoring team performance vs targets and reporting
  • Setting up of team meetings to identify new opportunities to expand customer base and grow the business
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with business clients to retain, cross-sell and up-sell the company’s portfolio of services
  • Attending customer meetings along with team
  • Monitoring that the entire sales process is being adhered to
  • Negotiating and approving discounts and offers
  • Participating, negotiating and winning of tenders
  • Maintaining a healthy pipeline
  • Carrying out and monitoring regular customer follow ups
  • Participating in budget process
  • Deal with escalated B2B customer complaints through immediate and preventative measures to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for communicating with customers which repairs are required to satisfy B2B customer complaints
  • Other duties as may be assigned by one’s direct superior from time to time.  


Knowledge & Experience

  • A Diploma level of education or higher
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • 5 years managerial experience
  • Experience in automotive industry will be considered an asset
  • Excellent communication both verbally and written in Maltese and English
  • Possession of clean driving license
  • Highly goal oriented with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and delegation skills
  • Problem-solving skills and drive to succeed
  • Possess good analytical and presentation skills
