The candidate will be responsible for day to day administration duties of the Business Sales team


Key Result Areas & Accountabilities

  • Attend to walk ins
  • Acting as the client’s key point of contact along with the other sales team members
  • Supporting the sales team with file preparation, collecting or chasing customers for missing documents
  • Supporting the sales team to follow up on quotes
  • Booking test-drives and delivery appointments for customers
  • Calling customers with status updates of their vehicle (in transit, arrived, installing accessories)
  • Updating the reserved stock report
  • Opening of accounts
  • Handling vehicle transfer and resale process
  • Handling general administration duties and issuing of reports
  • Handling fleet contracts and buy back agreements
  • Maintaining and updating of databases such as of Japanese imports, company assets and fleet vehicles
  • Liaising with insurance companies and shipping agencies
  • Handling of renewal of licenses and VRTs
  • Assisting in the process of vehicle registrations, as necessary 
  • Assessing vehicle before delivering to clients
  • Calling clients to organize appointment when car is ready for pick up
  • Liaising with PDI to explain the preparation requirements of the vehicle 
  • Coordinating with workshop to fit accessories if any
  • Going through the relevant documentation which the customer needs to sign at the delivery stage
  • Explaining to client the vehicle features while delivering vehicle
  • Upon vehicle delivery, introducing the client to the aftersales point of contact
  • A week following delivery, following up on the client to maintain the relationship and assist further as needed
  • Liaising with other B2B colleagues and supporting the day-to-day operations during their absence
  • Collaborate with B2B sales team to identify and grow opportunities
  • Carrying out other duties as assigned by the B2B Senior Sales Executive


Essential requirements:

  • Familiar with Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Clean police conduct
  • Experience in customer service role
  • Experience in automotive industry will be considered an asset
  • Possession of clean driving license
