The product offering is composed of passenger and commercial vehicles, motorbikes, vehicle parts and accessories and aftersales services. The company also offers consumers a range of consumer finance solutions to fund the acquisition of their vehicles. 

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Accounts Executive will be responsible for the following.  This is a definite position for six months on part time basis.

Key Result Areas & Accountabilities

• Posting of purchase invoices
• Posting of bank movements
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Monitor status of payments by debtors and chasing
• Issue Supplier payments
• Preparation of management accounts
• Submission of VAT returns, FS5 and FS7

 

Essential requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English
• Organised and pro-active
• Minimum of an ‘A’ level qualification in Accounts or partly qualified in ACCA
• A high degree of integrity and ability to work effectively in a team.
