<li>Follow up on leads and quotes</li>
<li>Preparation of vehicle orders</li>
<li>Updating pipeline and all sales activities in the database</li>
<li>Responsible for gathering all documentation to finalize the sale</li>
<li>Responsible for collecting deposits and hand-over to finance</li>
<li>Ensuring that paperwork is complete before delivery of the vehicle </li>
<li>Liaises with PDI to explain the preparation requirements of the vehicle </li>
<li>Coordinates with a workshop to fit accessories, if any</li>
<li>Assesses vehicle before delivering to clients</li>
<li>Calls clients to organize an appointment when the car is ready for pickup</li>
<li>Hand over cars in a professional manner, explaining the features to the client </li>
<li>Actively participating in sales meetings </li>
<li>Proposing recommendations to senior management on improving customer experience processes </li>
<li>Identifying consumer trends and market demand to support the procurement of vehicles</li>
<li>Keeping oneself informed about competition and schemes</li>
<li>Adhering to all processes and procedures</li>
<li>Liaising with all departments to fulfil customer’s expectations </li>
<li>Carry out other duties as assigned by one’s superior.</li>

The Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Familiar with Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications</li>
<li>A clean police conduct</li>
<li>Good knowledge of Internal IT system</li>
<li>In-depth technical Knowledge of the products </li>
<li>Knowledge of the industry and how a dealership works</li>
<li>Minimum of 1-year experience in a sales-oriented environment B2C.</li>
