Debono Group is looking to recruit an HR Administrator to support the HR Team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude, who is looking to evolve their career in the Human Resources space.&nbsp;
This position is being offered on an indefinite basis and reports to the Head of HR.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Main responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Act as 1st Line Support for general HR queries (i.e. absence, vacation leave etc.)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in preparing HR related letters&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for employees&nbsp;</li>
<li>Participate and contribute in HR events for the employees&nbsp;</li>
<li>Source out internship opportunities and manage onboarding process&nbsp;</li>
<li>Issue HR Reports&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage EU funding applications</li>
<li>Monitor recruitment inbox and upload application onto HR system&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with registering newcomers/terminations with the local authorities (Jobsplus)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with our external payroll team to ensure an effective payroll process&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage work permit applications for third country nationals and support with the renewals&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist the HR team with ad hoc tasks and /or projects.&nbsp;</li>

B2B Sales Executive

The Position 
<ul>
<li>Act as the main frontliner and reference point to clients on works and projects embarked upon by the company;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Project and Resource Planning (internal and subcontracted);&nbsp;</li>
<li>Site coordination and communication with client, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project installation phases;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Co-ordinate closely with the Sales, Technical and Logistics departments to ensure the smooth running of projects in the process of being executed;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Communicate periodically on projects status to all stakeholders;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Setting up timings benchmarks and establishing job costing estimates through dedicated tools;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Carry out site visits to ensure timely and proper execution of works;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, man hours, timelines and expenses to ensure compliance and alignment to budgets;&nbsp;</li>
