- Creation of invoices
- Customer update
- Handling and resolving workshop customer matters
- Admin duties
- Lease with warranty officer
- Assist in recalls process
- Maintain detailed service and customer records.
- VHC duties
- Insurance follow-ups
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
- Maintaining files
- Welcoming visitors to your office
- Answering phone calls
- Taking and delivering messages
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly
- Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees

The Requirements
- Previous experience is considered an asset
- Excellent customer care skills
- Fluent in all Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of cars and parts is considered a benefit
