Michael Debono Limited is seeking to engage a Bodyshop Administrator to join the team.
The Bodyshop Administrator will deal with clients that go to the Bodyshop on a continuous basis.
This position is being offered on a full-time (40hrs per week) indefinite basis and reports directly to the Bodyshop Leader.
The Position
- Ensure all customer interactions through telephones, face to face and written are responded to promptly, courteously and dealt with in an efficient manner.
- All customers are greeted professionally at service desk, confirming all details before work is carried out.
- Ensure that accurate job cards, estimates, and related information are produced.
- Certify that customers are kept informed of progress of their vehicle and of any additional work that is likely to occur, obtaining authority to proceed.
- Deal efficiently and courteously with all customer complaints, logging them and passing relevant information to the Service Advisor to ensure a correct and prompt conclusion.
- Updating of system on a continuous basis
Administrative duties
- Issue reports as required
- Carry out other duties as instructed by one’s superior
The Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in administration/customer care
- Familiar with Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- A clean police conduct
- Have a passion in dealing with customers
- Ideally has a good understanding of the vehicle body parts and repair processes
