Job Description

Overview

Reporting to the Sales Administration Team Lead,  the Sales Administrator & Logistics will be responsible for the registration, transfers of motor vehicle, motorcycles etc with authorities: 

 

The Position:

  • Toyota , Japan and Wotomoto shipment workings  
  • Tracking of shipments 
  • Updating system status through reports in Autoline. 
  • Stay up to date with new launch vehicles/marketing campaigns. 
  • Locking of Registration Tax into TM system online 
  • Registration and invoicing 
  • Updating of warranty books for customers 
  • Registration of re-sales and transfers. 
  • Performing other additional duties which may be considered necessary from time to time. 

The Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Maltese;
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Have a strong understanding of numeric data 
  • Highly organized individual, able to multitask whilst prioritizing work load.
  • Detail oriented, both proactive and flexible as well as a team player.
  • Experience in the administrative field would be considered an asset.
