Reporting to the Sales Administration Team Lead, the Sales Administrator & Logistics will be responsible for the registration, transfers of motor vehicle, motorcycles etc with authorities:
The Position:
- Toyota , Japan and Wotomoto shipment workings
- Tracking of shipments
- Updating system status through reports in Autoline.
- Stay up to date with new launch vehicles/marketing campaigns.
- Locking of Registration Tax into TM system online
- Registration and invoicing
- Updating of warranty books for customers
- Registration of re-sales and transfers.
- Performing other additional duties which may be considered necessary from time to time.
The Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Maltese;
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Have a strong understanding of numeric data
- Highly organized individual, able to multitask whilst prioritizing work load.
- Detail oriented, both proactive and flexible as well as a team player.
- Experience in the administrative field would be considered an asset.
