Purpose of Role: The selected person will be coordinating B2B workshop, assisting with warranty claims, recalls and other tasks

The Position

 Working with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless service for customers

 Scheduling work to meet customer needs, considering workshop targets, the complexity of each job and the availability of parts

 Providing estimates for servicing and repairs and setting timescales

 Preparing and Vetting Job Cards related to B2C and B2B workshops

 Accurately recording technician time and writing technical reports and recommendations.

 Assisting technicians with technical challenges to identify solutions

 Ordering correct parts for vehicles

 Ensuring warranty standards are adhered to

 Compass Cases

 Recalls Technical Information and Updates

 Warranty structure

 Manage VHC‘s

 Billing of B2B/B2C work

 Update clients on daily basis

 Following / updating cars in garage

 Replacement of the B2C Productive Lead when necessary

 Performs other duties as assigned

The Requirements

 MCAST Diploma in Mechnical Engineering (MQF Level 4) or equivalent 

 At least 2 years’ experience in automotive repair and maintenance 

 Experience in a similar logistical role

 Familiar/passionate about cars

 A clean police conduct and driving license

 Knowledge of Maltese traffic legislations

 Excellent leadership, communication and time management skills
