Overview

The Position  

  • Creation of invoices
  • Customer update
  • Administrative duties
  • Handling insurance follow-ups and claims
  • Managing VHC (Vehicle Health Checks)
  • Driving Fix it Right initiatives
  • Conducting test drives
  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
  • Maintaining files
  • Welcoming visitors to your office
  • Answering phone calls
  • Taking and delivering messages
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly
  • Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
  • Carrying out other duties as instructed by one’s superiors 

The Requirements  

  • Previous experience is considered an asset 
  • Excellent customer care skills 
  • Fluent in all Microsoft Office applications 
  • Knowledge of cars and parts is considered a benefit
