The Position
The Parts Advisor will be responsible for:
- Handling customer enquiries as well as emails
- Placing of orders
- Preparing quotations and reports
- Invoicing as well as being responsible to take, count and reconcile cash
- Dealing with suppliers both internal and external to find quickest source of parts
- Carry out other duties as assigned by one’s superior
- The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis.
The Requirements
- Familiar with Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- A clean police conduct as well as a driving license
- Strong Technical knowledge of parts
- Excellent communication skills in both the Maltese and English language
