The Position

The Parts Advisor will be responsible for: 

• Handling customer enquiries as well as emails 
• Placing of orders 
• Preparing quotations and reports 
• Invoicing as well as being responsible to take, count and reconcile cash 
• Dealing with suppliers both internal and external to find quickest source of parts 
• Carry out other duties as assigned by one’s superior 
• The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis. 

 

The Requirements

• Familiar with Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications 
• A clean police conduct as well as a driving license 
• Strong Technical knowledge of parts 
• Excellent communication skills in both the Maltese and English language
