Role Purpose: Responsible for the day-to-day management of own-use and rental properties, ensuring smooth operations, strong tenant relationships, effective marketing, and compliance with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of rental and own-use properties
• Handle tenant relations, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism
• Act as the primary point of contact for all tenant-related matters
• Coordinates maintenance with head of maintenance, repairs, and service providers
• Coordinate with leasing agents to market vacant properties, show units, and manage tenant screenings
• Monitor real estate trends to set competitive rental rates and identify opportunities
• Negotiate lease agreements and maintain strong agent relationships
• Manage online listings, social media, and advertising campaigns, with the support of the marketing function
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for tenant acquisition, with the support of the marketing function
• Provide operational support and coordination for property development projects (e.g. liaising with contractors, tracking progress, reporting to management).

• Degree or certification in real estate, business, or marketing is an asset
