Job Description

Overview

Michael Debono Ltd (MDL) is seeking to appoint an experienced B2C Sales Executive who will be responsible for reaching sales target of motorcycles whilst ensuring customer experience is beyond satisfactory. 

The Position   

  • Responsible for the achievement of sales target 
  • Anticipates the needs of the client through probing and fair categorization by client personas 
  • Preparation of quotes according to the model, budget, lifestyle, spoken and hidden needs 
  • Follow up on clients and escalating feedback 
  • Preparation of bike orders and share with Administration Team to accept or order 
  • Responsible to gather all documentation to finalise sale 
  • Responsible for preparation of customer file  
  • Updating pipeline and all sales activities in database  
  • Actively participating in sales meetings  
  • Proposing recommendations to senior management on improving customer experience processes 
  • Responsible to collect deposit and hand-over to cashier 
  • Assesses bikes before delivering to clients 
  • Calls clients to organize appointment when bike is ready for pick up 
  • Liaises with workshop preparation requirements of the bike  
  • Explains to client the bike features when appointment is given for the bike pick up 
  • Identifying consumer trends and market demand to support the procurement of bikes 
  • Keeping oneself informed about competition and schemes 
  • Adhering to all processes and procedures 
  • Liaising with all departments to fulfil customer’s expectations  
  • Upkeeping of website  
  • Replying to social media messages and enquiries 
  • Liaising with the marketing team to plan for the upcoming month 
  • Upkeeping of showroom appearance 
  • Any other additional duties which may be requested by ones’ director superior 

The Requirements   

  • Familiar with Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications 
  • A clean police conduct 
  • Good knowledge of Internal IT system 
  • In depth technical Knowledge of the products  
  • Knowledge of the industry and how dealership works 
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales-oriented environment B2C 
  • Category A driving license
