Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to:
- Reporting to the Workshop Leader, the Motorcycle Technician will be responsible for:
- Carrying out servicing and mechanical repair works
- Ordering, picking and binning spare parts
- Providing technical advise to clients
- Liasing with clients during or after the mechanical repair or service process and recommend suitable course of actions
- Carrying out other duties as instructed by one’s superior
- Current brands include Beta, Benelli, Royal Enfield, MV Agusta and Keeway.
The Requirements
This post calls for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual able to work smoothly in a team. S/he will also be able to work independently, under pressure and to tight deadlines.
The preferred candidate should:
- Have at least 3 years experience in a mechanical engineering role within the automotive industry
- Possess a diploma at MQF Level 4 in mechanical engineering
- Be confident in dealing with clients
- Posses a clean valid driving license
- Have reasonable command of both written and spoken Maltese and English
