Responding to other clients’ requests as they come in, be it via telephone call to the Showroom, via email through the company website or from the Sales Manager or via the company’s social media channels
Covering the entire sales process from start to finish to ensure a positive customer experience in the Showroom and upselling any additional products which might make sense for the clients in question
Developing relationships with clients and monitoring their evolving needs on a regular basis through open and interactive communication, assisting them as required, preparing offers for them and guiding them as necessary in a timely manner
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within a reasonable time frame and following up to ensure resolution
Following up on existing sales enquiries and keeping a record of customer interactions (updating the relevant CRM accordingly)
When clients decide to confirm an offer or quotation, processing the sale via the issuance of cash sales or invoices on Business Central, handling the necessary payment and collecting the cash
Liaising with the Stores and Finance Departments for the preparation/delivery of material and the transfer of payments, respectively, while ensuring strict adherence to the Company’s Cash Security Policy and reconciling the daily revenue with the Finance Department
Taking care of the Showroom from a Sales perspective, ensuring that it is adequately stocked with items to be displayed and sold, organised for a positive customer experience and replenished regularly
Carrying out other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager from time to time.
