Debono Group is looking to recruit an HR Administrator to support the HR Team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude, who is looking to evolve their career in the Human Resources space.
This position is being offered on a full-time indefinite basis and reports to the Head of HR.
Main responsibilities:
- Act as 1st Line Support for general HR queries (i.e. absence, vacation leave etc.)
- Assist in preparing HR related letters
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
- Participate and contribute in HR events for the employees
- Source out internship opportunities and manage onboarding process
- Issue HR Reports
- Manage EU funding applications
- Monitor recruitment inbox and upload application onto HR system
- Assist with registering newcomers/terminations with the local authorities (Jobsplus)
- Liaise with our external payroll team to ensure an effective payroll process
- Manage work permit applications for third country nationals and support with the renewals
- Assist the HR team with ad hoc tasks and /or projects.

Education and experience
- O`Level standard of education
- 3+ years’ experience working within an administrative environment
- Previous experience in HR environment would be considered an asset
