Handling customer enquiries as well as emails
Administrative duties
Updating system on a continuous basis
Warehouse duties
Check parts quality
Issue reports as required
Placing of orders
Preparing quotations and reports
Invoicing as well as being responsible to take, count and reconcile cash
Dealing with suppliers both internal and external to find quickest source of parts
Carry out other duties as assigned by one’s superior
Knowledge & Experience
Essential requirements:
At least 2 years experience in similar role
A clean police conduct
Perform required certifications as per company and supplier recommendations
