Overview

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting time to join the Marketing Team at Debono Group. With a diverse portfolio of brands under one roof — from Toyota vehicles and aftersales services to WotoMoto and System Storage Ltd — no two days are ever the same. Our integrated team thrives on variety, collaboration, and constant momentum, ensuring a dynamic and engaging environment.

We are driven by a mindset of continuous improvement — never settling for “good” or even “great.” This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a newly formed team bringing extensive international experience, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and collaborating with some of the most recognised brands both locally and beyond.

If you are passionate about building strong brands and are eager to contribute your expertise in a forward-thinking environment, we’d love to hear from you.

The Position

  • Annual Planning: Support the development and execution of the annual marketing plan, aligned with the Group’s vision and mission, with a strong focus on digital campaigns and social media activity.
  • Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimise email campaigns, including defining goals, strategy, and KPIs. Manage customer journeys, templates, and CRM systems, with A/B testing where applicable.
  • Campaign & Social Media Management: Design, build, and deliver a compelling social media presence that supports product campaigns, brand awareness, and engagement, including A/B testing initiatives.
  • Performance & KPIs: Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track and analyse performance across social media and email channels.
  • Creative Coordination: Collaborate with the creative lead to develop campaign briefs and review creative outputs as part of the team feedback process.
  • Media Buying & Execution: Plan and manage paid campaigns across social platforms (primarily Facebook), as well as PPC, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and email marketing.
  • Partnerships & Affiliates: Identify, build, and maintain strong partnerships and affiliate relationships to support marketing initiatives.

The Requirements

  • 3–4 years’ experience in marketing
  • Proven expertise in setting up and optimising Facebook campaigns — a true specialist with a passion for segmentation and data-driven marketing
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • A hands-on, collaborative mindset — someone who thrives in a supportive team environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools and dashboards
  • Experience with Google Ads (certification is an asset)
  • Experience in email marketing and campaign optimisation; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and respond to insights
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful insights using spreadsheets and analytics tools
  • A keen eye for design and appreciation for impactful, engaging communication
  • Basic design or content creation skills (InDesign, Photoshop, or video/reels editing) are a strong advantage
  • A university degree (Hons, Masters, or higher) is considered an asset, though we value mindset and potential above all
