The Showroom Host will be reporting to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for physical and client manning of the showroom.
This is a part time job spread over 6 days (Monday to Saturday) - approximately between 25 - 30 hrs weekly on alternative days.
The Position
- When clients are attended to, host needs to physically inspect all areas of the showroom, remove any waste or clutter and liaise with housekeeping team to ensure that showroom looks clean and tidy at all times
- Clearing up coffee station
- Making coffee
- Clearing up the hub area
- Warmly greeting clients as soon as they step into the showroom, take customer name
- Asking questions to attend to their needs
- Gather basic requirements from clients at face value
- Allow clients to familiarize themselves with them showroom
- Lead to the sales executive and brief him/her on the basic needs of the client
- Attempt to create a personalised approach with the client
- Attempt to create a warm welcome and bond with the client recognising that s/he is our most privileged asset
- Constant attention to walk ins
- Constant front-facing role
- Showing and seating them to the hub for aftersales or to await a meeting
- Showing them to the vehicle of interest if for sales enquiry
- Passing on the H&S visitor tags, recording in the visitor logbook and handing the car park token or code
- Taking daily logs of number of visitors and pass on to CX Executive on a weekly basis
- Updating of sales targets board on a daily basis
- Assist sales team with the pre-sale process
- Vetting of client files for used cars only and take up to sales admin
- Carrying out any other duties as directed by superior
The Requirements
- Familiar with Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- A clean police conduct
- In depth technical Knowledge of the products
- Knowledge of the industry and how dealership works
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a front-facing customer oriented role
- Highly fluent in both English and Maltese
- Communication skills
